To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and with any original packaging or tags included. We understand that vintage pieces are delicate, so we ask customers to handle them with care during the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days after approval. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of the product.
